We provide residential appliance repair services in Abilene, Texas and the surrounding Big Country area, including diagnosis and repair of refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and stoves, microwaves, ice makers, freezers, and water heaters.

Scheduling and Appointments

Appointment windows are estimates. We will contact you if a technician is running behind schedule. Same day availability depends on current demand and is not guaranteed for every request.

Pricing and Payment

A diagnostic fee applies to each service visit and is credited toward the repair if you approve the work. You will always be given a firm price before any repair begins. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Warranty

Repairs include a warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms will be provided to you in writing at the time of service. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues, misuse, or damage occurring after the repair.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the appliance and the problem when booking
• Provide reasonable access to the appliance and a safe working area for the technician
• Disclose any known hazards at the service location

Cancellations

We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, so we can offer that time to another customer.

We carry out repairs with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for pre existing conditions, unrelated appliance failures, or damage caused by factors outside our control, such as electrical or plumbing issues not related to the repair performed.
